Cravd Studio — Guest Terms
Last updated 20 August 2026.
These terms apply to you as a diner ordering through Cravd at a restaurant table. They are not the commercial agreement between Cravd and the restaurant.
1. What this service is
Cravd Studio shows you a restaurant's ("the Restaurant") menu and takes your order after you scan a table QR or enter a table code. Cravd is not the restaurant — we provide the software; the Restaurant prepares your food, sets its prices, and is who you pay.
2. No payment happens in this app
Sending an order costs you nothing and isn't a sale contract with Cravd. You settle your bill with the Restaurant's staff, as with a paper menu. Prices and totals shown are indicative and set entirely by the Restaurant.
3. Menu accuracy, allergens, and your own responsibility
The Restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of its own menu content. Allergen information is a convenience, not a substitute for telling staff directly about a serious allergy before you order — the app reminds you of this when you view a dish's allergen list. Dish photos/videos may be AI-enhanced from the Restaurant's own photo and represent the dish, not a guaranteed exact depiction of your specific plate.
4. Your order note
A free-text note is sent to the kitchen as written, plus a machine-translated copy in the Restaurant's own operating language if you're not already writing in it. We don't guarantee translation accuracy — for anything safety-critical, keep it simple and confirm with staff directly.
5. No account, nothing to terminate
There's no guest account. Closing the tab ends your session and these terms with it.
6. Age-restricted items
Alcoholic items can't be assigned to a "Child" diner in the cart, but the app does not verify anyone's age. As with a paper menu, staff remain responsible for checking age before serving alcohol; ordering an alcoholic item confirms you're of legal drinking age where the Restaurant operates.
Cravd's commercial agreement with a restaurant client (the SaaS licence, fees, data processing terms, and governing law) is agreed directly with that restaurant and is not published on this page.
